"Clay in the Woods"

Discover the slow art of clay while unwinding in nature. During this workshop you will be shown basic hand building techniques that have been used for centuries. In this way you will create your own clay pieces. Whether making a set of cups, bowls or a plate, you will be guided step by step through the making process.

After gathering at the edge of the forest and making a walk to our clay spot it is time for letting your creativity flow.

Spending time outdoors slows down our pace naturally putting a pauze to the rush of daily life.

Your clay creations made during the workshop will return with me to my studio where the slow clay process will start. It takes 4/5 weeks for your pieces to be finished by this time they have been glazed to your liking and ready to use in your daily life.

It's a beautiful experience, and then you also get to have and use your own clay creations! Which is such a good feeing.

The workshop is a nice step towards learning about clay, Laura has a nice way of teaching and instructing. You come across very warm and open!

I expected to switch off my mind, and I did just that!
