HANDMADE PIECES
Handle with care, avoid dropping. All cups & mugs are made with food safe glazing and clay and are waterproof. Recommended to wash by hand, do not put in dishwasher.
All products are 100% hand made with natural materials - the glazes contain raw materials - oxides and minerals.
Therefore, every item is unique - even within a pair every single one will be slightly different as it is impossible to have full control over the natural processes.

WORKSHOP BOOKINGS
Make your booking through the booking button on my website or contact me via whenlifeisslow@gmail.com. After payment of the full workshop fee and booking confirmation, you are guaranteed a spot.
It can always happen that you are unable to participate due to something unforeseen or illness. Because as a self-employed person I count on the number of participants and keep places free for this and make the necessary preparations, I work with the following cancellation conditions:

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION
If you cancel up to 10 days before the workshop starts you will receive a full refund minus €5,- for administrative costs.
For cancellations within 10 days up to 24 hours before the workshop starts, I will charge 50% of the workshop amount per person as costs for keeping your place free, finding another participant and costs made such as rent of the location.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance you will not receive a refund.
It is possible to give your place to someone else if you are unable to attend, but only after consulting me.
RESCHEDULE
Join another clay moment?
When moving your registration from 10 days before the start of the workshop, the same conditions apply as for a cancellation.
You will receive 50% of the amount paid back and a 20% discount on the new workshop booking.
In case of rescheduling within 24 days before the workshop starts, the full amount will also be charged and you will not receive a refund. When booking a new workshop moment you will receive a 20% discount.
No-show on the day without cancellation or contact via email also means that the full amount will be charged without refund and no discount for a new booking.
BUYING FROM ME
YOUR ORDER
When in stock I will get your order carefully wrapped ready to be send. On Wednesdays I bring all parcels to the mail. Once your oder is send you will receive a conformation via email. I use POST-NL to send all parcels.

EARRINGS OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS : starting from 8,- please contact me before placing an order.
CUPS & VASES WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS : 8,-
CUPS & VASES OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS : please contact me before placing an order.
*I will not be held accountable for any damage and loss during shipment. Yet, it is in my best interest to pack every order very carefully.
**Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to custom.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and exchanges of all unused pieces are accepted within 14 days of delivery of your order. Refunds are made when I have received the order back in good condition. You will fund the cost of the return shipment. Your return/exchange will be processed as soon as possible, but for foreign bank accounts refunds will take a few days to process.
All sales are final after 14 days of delivery.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are possible within 14 days after receiving your order. Please contact me within this time to arrange an exchange. Once I have received the product back I will be able to send you the new item. You will charged an extra fee for the cost of shipment of the new items, and you will also fund the return shipment.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
In case of cancellation please contact me within 24 hours. From the moment an order is placed I will begin the process of getting your order ready. Therefore it is important that you let me know at your earliest convenience of any changes or cancellations.
PAYMENT & PRIVACY
When placing your oder via my webshop you have the option of paying online via I-Deal or Paypal. The Shop keeps your personal and payment information secure to protect your privacy. None of your personal or payment details are used for any other purposes.
