ABOUT THE SLOW GARDEN SERIES
Dancing and floating figures, flowers, seeds and the sun are recurring elements in my work. They symbolise timelessness, the changing seasons, transformation and strength.
With When Life Is Slow, I want to embrace the beauty of slowing life. Not because everything needs to be done slowly, but because sometimes slowing down helps us rediscover our own pace.
Just like life itself, ceramics is a process of constant transformation. From soft, malleable earth into something strong, yet beautifully fragile.
A little piece of earth, a place, a memory and a moment to slow down.
